Anatomy Practical Exam (Format)

Assalamualaikum,

My section is responsible for the anatomy subject. So i called Dr. Wafa' and these are the important things that might help us during the exam.

Basically, we need to reivse all the subtopics that we have learned from the thorax till head and neck.

Thorax -Typical thoracic Vertebrae, 1st rib and typical ribs.

Heart-  External and internal features, mediastinum ( focus on what we can see during the practical)

Upper limb - Axillary Artery, Brachialis Artery, Ulnar Artery and Radial Artery.
Lower limb - Femoral Artery, popliteal Artery, Anterior and Posterior Tibial Artery.
Head and Neck - Common carotid arttery, Internal and external carotid artery.
* u guys just need to focus on origin,termination and branches.

Vein only ONE - internal jugular vein


During the exam,we only have 7 spots and thats all count for 15 marks.
According to Dr. Wafa', the questions will be like small questions, for example, "what is the pointed structure".

The practical exam will be on your practical class, except for section 2 and 5. [ for the section 5,the time for the practical exam will be confirmed later ]


ONE MORE THING, we don't have Learning Objectives for practical ANATOMY. Sorry for the inconvenience.
